P2MG served as Project Manager for the full-floor renovation of the 7th floor at the Main Street Campus building. The project included demolition and construction of walls, new carpeting, painting, ceiling grids, and a controlled environment room for network systems. We built three conference rooms equipped with ceiling-mounted projectors, drop-down screens, and whiteboards, and upgraded fire protection systems with new sprinkler heads, alarms, and strobes. Additionally, P2MG managed the conversion of a 12,700 SF parking garage area into enclosed office and support spaces, delivering a functional, modern work environment.
