P2MG has provided comprehensive construction and renovation services for the City of Houston under multiple JOC contracts, including a five-year $10 million general contract, a $2 million Safe Sidewalk repair contract, and a $1.5 million Local Drainage repair project. We have managed roof renovations and waterproofing, granite wall replacement, HVAC upgrades, interior fit-outs, mechanical and electrical improvements, and deferred repairs across City facilities, including Clayton Library, Memorial Park greenhouse, Houston Police Department, Schweppe Park, and Burnet Bayland Skate Park.

Our scope includes developing project management plans, CPM schedules, quality control and safety plans, and activity hazard analyses, while coordinating with City PMs to provide value engineering and ensure cost-effective solutions. Additional projects include parking lot construction, ADA upgrades, roof replacements with utility relocations, aluminum coatings on rooftop equipment, fire alarm sensor relocation, and new roof access ladders, demonstrating P2MG’s full-service capabilities in managing city-wide construction and renovation projects.
