MIDTOWN

This project involved the complete demolition and redevelopment of the existing park located in the Midtown area of Houston, Texas. P2MG removed the previous art feature and benches, carefully preserved the surrounding trees, and demolished the existing concrete walkway. The team then constructed a new performance stage featuring 9-foot illuminated “MIDTOWN” letters, as well as a new water feature with an integrated walking path and fog system. Additional improvements included installation of new sod, development of a new dog park, and construction of a multi-use kiosk suitable for concessions and event support.
