MIDTOWN

P2MG managed, coordinated, and delivered construction services for the full renovation of Midtown Park for the Midtown Redevelopment Authority. The project involved complete demolition of the existing park structures and features in the Midtown area of Houston, Texas. Our team removed the outdated art feature and benches, preserved the surrounding trees, and demolished the concrete walkway. We then constructed a new performance stage with 9-foot illuminated “MIDTOWN” letters, a new water feature with a walking path and fog system, new sod, a redesigned dog park, and a small kiosk suitable for concessions.
