USACE DREDGING PROJECT

P2MG provided comprehensive construction management, QA/QC oversight, and safety management for multiple U.S. Army Corps of Engineers dredging projects, including the Ashtabula River AOC in the Buffalo District, the Columbia River Hopper project in the Portland District, and the Atchafalaya River Hopper project in the New Orleans District. Work included coordinating crews, monitoring quality and safety standards, and ensuring compliance with all USACE requirements. P2MG managed project documentation, facilitated communication between stakeholders, and oversaw operations to ensure each dredging project was completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of performance.
