P2MG is building drainage improvements for the HCFCD Helm Rd. Stormwater Detention Basin through the CDBG–Disaster Recovery Program. Work includes excavating the main pond and small basin, hauling dirt, grading to design elevations, and preparing the site through clearing, grubbing, and controlling water to keep the area workable. The project follows all federal labor rules, including Davis-Bacon wages, certified payrolls and required daily logs.
