Fort Bend

P2MG completed the design-build transformation of an existing warehouse into a 6,500-sq-ft community center. Work included waterproofing by patching existing joints, renovating the existing restrooms, and constructing two new meeting rooms, a computer room, mechanical room, break room, and an open community space. The project also added new ADA-compliant parking and a covered canopy to enhance accessibility and functionality.
