USACE

P2MG provided QA/QC services for the USACE on a 20,000 sq. ft. full-floor top-security renovation requiring TS/SCI clearance. The project included constructing SCIF and SAP spaces, installing vaults, and completing demolition, drywall, doors and hardware, ceilings, and flooring.

P2MG managed renovation and repair work for 37 recruiting offices across Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, and Tennessee. Scope varied by location and included interior and exterior upgrades such as painting, drywall repair, signage, flooring, electrical work, and ceiling tile replacement. Drafting services were also provided to deliver updated floor plans where needed.

P2MG also oversaw renovation and repair services for 67 additional recruiting offices throughout the same region. Work included painting, drywall repair, signage, flooring installation, electrical improvements, ceiling tile repair, HVAC repairs, water fountain installation, and various other facility improvements.
