Marathon Oil

The Pleasanton Civil Design Project in Pleasanton, TX involved full civil design and construction management for a new parking lot and related site improvements. P2MG managed all phases of the project, including MEP and architectural design, surveying, demolition, concrete work, paving, intersection upgrades, and installation of stop signs and safety features. The team also oversaw the installation of an outdoor condensing unit and coordinated all disciplines to ensure the site was completed to code, fully functional, and built for long-term performance.
