P2MG provided administrative management services to support the conversion of more than 100 Wachovia Bank branches into Wells Fargo locations within a 120-mile radius. Our team coordinated all construction and renovation activities including new builds, expansions, relocations, and decommissioning to ensure a smooth, seamless transition across every branch. The project was completed between March and November 2010.
