Prairie View A&M University

P2MG completed more than a dozen design-build, construction management, and general contracting projects for Prairie View A&M University between 2009 and 2011, delivering new construction, interior renovations, infrastructure upgrades, and site improvements across the campus. Key projects included a full 5-acre park redevelopment, 1.5 miles of road rehabilitation, construction of a 12,000 sq. ft. Central Receiving Warehouse, campus-wide tree preservation, poultry lab upgrades, a three-phase renovation of Hobart Taylor Theater, improvements to vet clinic holding pens, multiple interior renovations, nursing lab upgrades, and a new golf cart storage facility.
