HUB Program Manager and Pay-or-Play Project Manager

P2MG provided HUB consulting for Lone Star College System’s $4 million 2008 Bond Program, overseeing HUB compliance, supporting vendor registration and participation, coordinating with campus departments and state agencies, and promoting qualified HUB firms to meet system goals. P2MG also served as Pay or Play Manager for several City of Houston projects including the FY 2013 Local Drainage Project, the 2014 Safe Sidewalk Program, and a $10 million Citywide Minor Renovations contract managing subcontractor compliance, tracking and reporting requirements, and ensuring all documentation met city standards.
