McArthur elementary school at Galena Park is a 60+ year old building. The restroom renovation involved the tear down of all the old fixtures in the men and women’s restroom. Removal of all of the old plumbing lines and incorporating new sewer and water lines. We tore down the interior walls and rebuild them out of CMU. Then we tiled the walls and floor, incorporated new urinals and toilettes. Finally, we installed the new toilette partitions and all of the new plumbing fixtures. Also on the janitor’s closet, we covered all of the walls with new FRP panels and installed a new mop sink with a water heater. New mirrors and accessories were also installed.
