P2MG managed the construction of the on-campus park consisting of a new trellis, ADA compliant sidewalks, benches and plants. Interior renovation of Hobart Taylor theater including electrical lighting and a new sound system along with upgrades to the restrooms and changing rooms. Construction of a new Vet Clinic and holding area along with adding an addition to the Central Receiving Warehouse. We have also performed the interior renovations of multiple buildings throughout the campus.
Northwest Fitness Center
The PVAMU NWHC Fitness center project is a major milestone for this campus. P2MG Performed demolition work in rooms 112 and 113 in the PVAMU NW Campus, this included carpet, white boards, projectors screens, etc and rooms 112/111 and 113/114 connecting door ways. We then Covered up the connecting doors between rooms 112/111 and 113/114. We built additional walls on each door way cover up. We wired Electrical and data to service equipment, fans and audio/visual services. We used Mondo Flooring, rubber athletic floors which are great for any type of athletic surface. We installed custom millwork for the desk and locker cubbies. We used Tempered mirrors in each room for safety purposes. P2MG was successful in creating a clean, safe and exciting Fitness environment so that students on the go can maintain healthy lifestyles.
